A simple way to test your backflow device

When you contact us by e-mail at batmasterbackflow@gmail.com for a backflow assembly test, installation and/or repair, please leave your name, complete billing address, complete service address, name of your water purveyor, (utility company), date that you would like us to perform the service, a contact name and phone number, and a fax number or email address where we can send the report/certification and invoice to. We will then call you to set up an appointment for a service call. If you need immediate service, or would prefer to make the appointment by phone, please call 425-397-0275. If you have received correspondence from your purveyor (Seattle Public Utilities, etc.), please fax the documents/letter/report form to 425-397-2789 to expedite the process.
